What is Career Coaching?
Career Coaching is an active partnership with your coach to help you clarify “who” you are, to help you build your self confidence and belief in yourself.
Working with a coach can help you develop a clear vision of what you want your life and career to be, and help you achieve the career changes, job shifts and successes you desire.
Sometimes knowing you will be talking with your coach can motivate you to take actions you have been putting off, to deal with fears and challenges, to build your courage, and to stretch to reach your goals and dreams.
My Ideal Clients
Most of my clients will have 5+ years of work world experience and many have 15+, 25+, 35+ years experience. Most are mid to senior level professionals and managers from a wide range of organizations including high tech, biotech, manufacturing, small business, franchise operations, independent consulting, health care, public sector, government, and service industries.
Some clients want their career to go into high gear, take on challenge, and fully utilize their education and training, while others are ready for a different chapter.
Some clients are ready to step off the corporate path, others are ready to leave their own businesses and step onto the corporate path.
Some clients are moms and dads coming back part-time or full-time into the workplace.
Some clients are folks thinking about the second half of life and how career intertwines to create a full satisfying life.
